Breath-Body-Mind Teacher Training Level-2 Parts B

For students who have completed Breath-Body-Mind Teacher Training, Level 1 (See also Part A on Oct 6-8, 2017)
In this second part of the three-level teacher training sequence, you build on skills gained in Level 1 and learn to teach additional techniques for stress, anxiety disorders, PTSD, military trauma, post-disaster, depression, ADHD, physical limitations, and stress-related medical conditions. Specific methods of teaching to be mastered in this training include:
• Resistance breathing • “Ha” breath • The Great Harmonizer of the Breath
• Qigong movements • The Four Golden Wheels • 4-4-6-2 breathing
• Advanced breath moving • Body scan • Guided meditation
